Sikich is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead the sale of D365 F&O solutions to enterprise clients. In this role, you will originate leads, develop key client relationships, and architect solutions for complex business challenges, generating significant revenue from new and existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Originate leads and build key relationships with client stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Create tailored solutions by deeply understanding client business culture and challenges.
- Communicate client needs to the internal team and coordinate product demonstrations with the Pre-Sales and Solution Architect teams.
- Create proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Generate revenue from both new and existing clientele.
- Coordinate marketing activities alongside the established marketing department.
- Manage and network with various channel partners and relationships.
- Record all relevant information and activities in the CRM.
- Meet agreed sales targets, with a proven track record of selling six-figure contracts and exceeding quota.
- Manage complex deals, multiple contacts within prospect accounts, outside consultants, and long sales cycles.
What We're Looking For
- A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, MIS, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of solution-based selling experience in a B2B environment.
- 8+ years of experience selling D365 F&O solutions, including managed technologies, virtualization, classic Microsoft solutions, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, cloud services, disaster recovery, security, data storage, and application delivery.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary midpoint of $155,000.
