Lead enterprise sales for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) in a fully remote role, targeting high-impact clients across the United States. You will identify business challenges, develop tailored solutions, and guide decision-makers through the full sales cycle to close six-figure contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by building trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple industries
- Assess client needs by understanding their operational environment and strategic goals
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architecture teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Develop and present customized proposals, leading negotiations to successful contract closure
- Drive revenue growth from both new prospects and existing accounts
- Coordinate with marketing to align outreach with sales initiatives
- Manage partnerships and channel relationships to expand market reach
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. You must bring at least eight years of B2B solution selling experience, with a strong background in Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Proven success selling D365 F&O or related Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Office 365, cloud infrastructure, security, and data storage
- Deep familiarity with virtualization, application delivery, disaster recovery, and enterprise cloud services
- Experience managing multi-threaded deals and long sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding sales quotas
