As a Senior Engineer specializing in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, you will act as a technical authority and strategic advisor for enterprise clients. Your focus will be on architecting and delivering robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions that drive automation, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity across complex organizations.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level guidance on Power Platform implementations, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business goals
- Design and build applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages, integrating seamlessly with SharePoint Online and external systems
- Define enterprise-wide Power Platform strategies, including environment management, data modeling, and API integrations
- Support clients in establishing governance frameworks, DLP policies, and application lifecycle management practices
- Translate business challenges into practical technical designs, emphasizing maintainability, scalability, and long-term adoption
- Collaborate with delivery teams, consultants, and partners to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across projects
- Promote best practices through reusable components, architectural patterns, and documented playbooks
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools
- Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance models within the Power Platform
- Experience integrating cloud services and external APIs
- Direct engagement with clients in remote or hybrid settings
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
- Fluency in Italian is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Integration experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or API Management
- Familiarity with on-premises or third-party system integrations
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing, capacity planning, and DLP configuration
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600
