We are seeking motivated, collaborative, and independently-minded Engineers and IT Professionals with extensive experience in Server infrastructures, Linux systems, and Virtualization technologies to support our customers, field service technicians, and support personnel with product challenges, inquiries, configurations, troubleshooting, and warranty management. You will report directly to the Supervisor of Managed Services. Your Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive technical support to customers and field personnel regarding configuration and troubleshooting of Dell EMC Servers, VMware virtualization, Cybersecurity solutions, Industrial Data Centers, and Industrial Networks via phone, chat, or email. - Manage all customer interactions, including setting clear expectations, documenting issue resolutions, implementing Knowledge-Centered Support processes, and ensuring prompt follow-ups. - Provide support across additional Automation core areas, including controllers, operator interfaces, and network systems. - Generate and update technical documentation, solution guides, and installation best practices to enhance customer satisfaction. The Essentials - You Will Have: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related Information Technology discipline. - Proven experience with Servers, Networking, Linux OS, and VMWare vSphere. - Cybersecurity application expertise. - Comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN Network Technologies. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to manage high-pressure customer interactions across diverse backgrounds. - Flexibility to work weekends and varied shift schedules. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: - Minimum 5 years of equivalent professional experience. - Advanced virtualization technology knowledge, including VMware certification. - Practical Windows Server 2012/2016 implementation skills. - Familiarity with Claroty Threat Detection and Secure Remote Access. - Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCENT) or extensive Cisco device configuration experience. - Proficiency in managed Ethernet switch and router troubleshooting. - Industrial network expertise through EtherNet/IP. - Operational Technology experience.
