Responsibilities
- Customer interface for requirement management.
- Evaluating, clarifying and defining the Software requirements for powertrain control systems for conventional Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), and eMobility Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEV/BEV).
- Proposal of solutions to fulfill functionalities at embedded software level.
- Perform implementation, design review and testing of new software functionalities according to ASPICE based processes.
- Coordination with our international design, development, integration, and project management team, as well as with our customers.
Requirements
- Graduation in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer or similar).
- Experience in software development in embedded system in the automotive area.
- Experience with automotive software development tools, such as ETAS ASCET, Matlab/Simulink, ETAS INCA, Vector CANOe.
- Experience in conducting SW development from stakeholder requirement engineering to SW validation and series production, including designing, coding, testing and release to series production.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Good powertrain system knowledge (Diesel, Gasoline, Hybrid, Electric Vehicle)
- Software or Hardware related work experiences with engine control or powertrain control modules.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Practical knowledge of ASPICE and exposure to agile development methods.
- Knowledge of Autosar and/or Adaptive Autosar based system architectures.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with Project Management Methods.
- Knowledge in automotive processes and norms.
