Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, multi-path email automation sequences triggered by user behavior and campaign milestones.
- Develop data-driven audience segments to tailor promotions and increase customer retention.
- Evaluate cohort behavior, revenue impact, and email deliverability statistics to inform strategy.
- Work closely with design and data teams to maintain consistent messaging and achieve growth targets.
- Oversee technical integrations and maintain sender reputation to maximize inbox delivery rates.
