Shape the future of player engagement as a Senior Email Marketing Manager in the fast-paced iGaming industry. You'll design and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer experience, focusing on long-term retention and value growth across casino and sportsbook platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, reactivation, and win-back initiatives to strengthen player relationships
- Lead end-to-end email marketing efforts—from concept to delivery—ensuring compelling copy, effective design, and strong performance
- Extend CRM reach by integrating multi-channel messaging such as SMS, push notifications, and in-app alerts
- Partner with CRM, product, and BI teams to align campaigns with player behavior, promotional calendars, and business goals
- Optimize automation workflows, segmentation models, and personalization engines to improve relevance and efficiency
- Track and analyze key metrics including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion to guide data-informed decisions
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in email marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity—ideally within iGaming, digital entertainment, or eCommerce
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-market CRM programs across several communication channels
- Familiarity with CRM and email service platforms such as FastTrack or Customer.io
- Solid grasp of email deliverability standards, segmentation logic, and automation frameworks
- Ability to translate analytics into actionable optimizations that boost campaign performance
- Understanding of player bonus structures, promotional mechanics, and journey mapping in online gaming
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
