What You'll Do
Take ownership of electrical system design for high-capacity data centers, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance. Guide engineering efforts from concept through construction, ensuring systems meet mission-critical demands. Model and simulate power distribution, UPS configurations, and backup generation using advanced software tools.
Develop detailed schematics, technical specifications, and design criteria to support project execution. Use BIM platforms to coordinate system layouts with multidisciplinary teams and resolve integration challenges. Perform virtual construction modeling and support field validation using laser scanning to verify as-built conditions.
Oversee shop drawing reviews, ensure adherence to electrical codes, and lead on-site supervision during key construction phases. Conduct field visits to assess progress, verify compliance, and support commissioning activities.
