About the Role

The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC), part of The Quality Group (TQG), is responsible for leading clients to measurable growth through strategic forecasting, media acquisition, and flawless execution. This role operates with high autonomy and accountability, using the Prophet system and data-driven insights to deliver results aligned with CTC’s core values.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts to guide clients toward their goals
  • Ensure seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts
  • Strengthen client relationships by providing a clear roadmap to success
  • Serve as a representative and advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and tools
  • Set a high standard for execution quality and reliability
  • Take ownership of outcomes and see initiatives through to completion
  • Be willing to go through the kick-off period with dedication and perseverance
  • Finish all work with quality and on time
  • Remember and learn from repetitive exercises
  • Align with the Brain Trust team for cross-client idea sharing
  • Manage, align, and collaborate with team members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
  • Maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas
  • Execute the Prophet system for clients
  • Build a Growth Forecast for clients
  • Build a Growth Map using the Prophet System
  • Conduct data analysis required for the Growth Map
  • Align and maintain marketing calendars with clients
  • Perform daily execution and actualization vs. forecast
  • Make tactical deconstructions and adjust projections daily to meet KPIs
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop future strategic plans
  • Be among the first to pivot when necessary
  • Take lead in overcoming obstacles to execution
  • Find multiple potential solutions to unresolved problems
  • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices
  • Build campaigns using CTC’s structure and best practices
  • Uphold and manage CTC’s ideologies and processes across accounts
  • Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets
  • Implement tests in accounts to beat best-performing campaigns
  • Ensure work is within a 5% delta to the forecast
  • Ensure daily alignment with clients on forecast and strategy
  • Maintain above benchmark client satisfaction rate feedback
  • Ensure 100% execution of the Prophet system within required timelines
  • Deliver all work on assigned timelines with optimal quality and attention to detail
  • Champion client communication and ensure alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps
  • Send daily performance updates to clients
  • Ensure daily alignment across strategy and forecast with clients
  • Provide weekly updates on Weekly Strategy Calls
  • Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate on ideas and learning across teams
  • Contribute to future company content production
