Lead client growth with precision and accountability as a Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist. You’ll be responsible for building and managing strategic forecasts, translating data into actionable plans, and ensuring daily execution aligns with projected outcomes. Using structured methodologies and proprietary systems, you’ll monitor performance, adjust tactics in real time, and maintain close alignment with clients to exceed measurable targets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using a defined strategic framework
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform planning and performance tracking
- Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets, and refine strategies to meet daily projected goals
- Ensure all work stays within 5% variance of forecasted outcomes
- Deliver daily performance updates and maintain consistent client alignment
- Lead weekly strategy discussions, providing clear progress insights and forward-looking plans
- Run performance tests to surpass existing campaign benchmarks
- Uphold strict adherence to internal processes and system protocols across all accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional strategists in creative, email, and media to ensure unified execution
- Contribute insights back into the system to fuel continuous improvement
- Support the development of company-wide content and strategic resources
