Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of high-volume email campaigns, from segmentation and content planning to deployment and performance review.
- Design and enhance automated email sequences for customer onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and upselling.
- Maintain brand accuracy, GDPR compliance, and timely delivery of all email content across global regions.
- Serve as the primary contact for email initiatives, collaborating with marketing, design, digital, and regional teams.
- Improve campaign effectiveness by analysing key metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Use data insights to recommend strategies that boost engagement, deliverability, and return on investment.
- Establish and track KPIs, reporting dashboards, and performance frameworks for email marketing activities.
- Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and priorities using project management platforms like Wrike or Airtable.
- Guide junior team members by sharing expertise in best practices, quality assurance, and execution standards.
- Keep current with advancements in email marketing, tools, privacy laws, and industry trends to suggest improvements.
