Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Documentation Specialist to lead documentation efforts for a high-impact federal initiative focused on emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. In this remote role, you will transform complex technical and policy material into clear, polished documents to ensure deliverables meet high standards for accuracy and reader accessibility.
What You'll Do
- Create, edit, and finalize technical and policy documentation for federal programs.
- Conduct research to inform standards-related content, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Organize, track, and synthesize reviewer feedback across multiple stakeholders.
- Apply document templates, maintain formatting standards, and manage version control.
- Support the delivery of reporting and written materials that meet high compliance and consistency standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or editing, especially within federal or technical environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to write according to formatting standards and established style guides.
- Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing review workflows remotely.
