Responsibilities
- Oversee a high-growth sales team serving a portfolio of field accounts in the Americas region.
- Directly supervise individual sales contributors and one sales manager.
- Drive customer retention and acquire new business across approximately 250 assigned accounts in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, payer, and contract research organization sectors.
- Foster a performance-driven culture centered on strong client relationships, goal setting, and accurate forecasting.
- Hire additional talent as segment revenue expands and apply performance management strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
- Assist sales representatives in advancing deals, negotiating contracts, and managing renewals, including in-person customer visits when necessary.
- Discover and execute initiatives to increase revenue within existing accounts, contributing to overall segment growth.
