What You'll Do
Shape and implement a forward-looking remote sales strategy that aligns with regional commercial goals and customer segmentation. Guide the transformation of sales models and processes to enhance reach, efficiency, and customer interaction through data-driven methods.
Drive performance across geographies by setting clear standards for prospecting, pipeline development, and customer lifecycle management. Establish robust performance tracking, including KPIs and dashboards, to ensure accountability and continuous improvement in sales execution.
Lead a distributed team of remote sales managers and representatives, fostering a culture of coaching, capability development, and inclusive leadership. Define career paths and talent strategies that support long-term growth and leadership readiness across markets.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Bring at least 15 years of progressive experience in commercial or sales leadership, with 5–10 years in senior roles overseeing multi-country teams.
Demonstrate a track record in commercial transformation, operating model redesign, or scaling remote sales operations. Experience in inside sales, digital selling models, or scalable sales execution is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital engagement tools is required to enable modern sales workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous. Prior exposure to medical therapy areas such as cardiac rhythm management, coronary and renal disease, vascular health, or surgical solutions is a plus.
