We're recruiting a Senior Director of Partnerships to spearhead strategic collaboration and propel exponential expansion within the ecommerce landscape. What You'll Do Drive the Partnerships Strategy and Revenue Outcomes Craft and implement strategies to identify, engage, and activate premium ecommerce partners generating sustainable financing lead pipelines. Establish clear partnership model communication, aligning stakeholders and guiding execution to maximize partner-driven revenue. Expand Clearco's Brand & Market Presence Orchestrate initiatives amplifying Clearco's visibility across U.S. and ecommerce ecosystems. Represent the organization at pivotal industry events, conferences, and networks to deepen relationships and establish thought leadership. Forge Strategic & Affiliate Partnerships Pinpoint and nurture high-impact collaborations with ecommerce platforms, SaaS providers, agencies, aggregators, and ecosystem participants. Develop an extensive affiliate network promoting Clearco to diverse customer bases and audiences. Own Partner P&L & Commercial Discipline Construct and manage partner-level financial frameworks. Define targets, customer acquisition cost payback thresholds, contribution margin objectives, and guardrails for offers, revenue sharing, and incentives. Collaborate with Finance to forecast and reconcile performance monthly. Deal Structure, Pricing, and Incentives Design multi-tiered, partner-specific structures balancing volume and quality. Calibrate revenue sharing, bounties, and sales performance incentive funds by partner economics. Establish approval matrices and deal-desk protocols to prevent arbitrary compensation increases. Partner-Specific Packaging Customize Clearco offerings and messaging to align with partner ideal customer profiles, funnels, and operational approaches. Develop partner-type playbooks and continuously test incentive variations and value propositions. Corporate and Strategic Integrations Pursue comprehensive, long-term partnerships involving co-development, technology integrations, data exchanges, and embedded workflows. Navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews; structure service-level agreements and mutual business plans. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Engage closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation and partnership opportunity optimization. Serve as the organizational partnerships advocate. Monitor Market Intelligence & Competitive Landscape Remain attuned to industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Leverage insights to inform strategy and maintain Clearco's competitive positioning in fintech and ecommerce domains. Own Performance & Accountability Define and track key performance indicators measuring partnership effectiveness and business growth impact. Assume full responsibility for Clearco's expansion through partnership channels and deliver exceptional results. What You Bring Experience & Expertise 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or corporate development within fintech, ecommerce, or adjacent B2B ecosystems. Demonstrated ownership of partner/channel financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and unit economics. Hands-on experience designing partner-specific commercial structures: tiered revenue sharing, bounties, sales performance incentive funds, marketing development funds, and performance accelerators. Track record building structured, multi-year corporate partnerships involving technical integrations, data exchange, and embedded workflows. Proven ability to consistently achieve targets, including closed sales and pipeline contribution. Comprehensive understanding of financial products for ecommerce and consumer brands. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
