Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts within health systems.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline using direct outreach, industry events, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers in pharmacy, digital health, and operations.
- Lead enterprise-level sales processes, including solution design, responding to RFPs, pricing strategy, and contract discussions.
- Act as a customer advocate internally by sharing market feedback and insights with product and executive teams.
- Work closely with internal experts and leadership to create customized proposals and persuasive presentations.
- Build scalable sales infrastructure by improving processes, developing training resources, and supporting team growth.
- Represent the organization at major industry events and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and industry influence.
