Raptor Technologies is hiring a Senior Director, FP&A

Responsibilities

  • Create and scale detailed financial reports enriched with actionable insights to guide stakeholder decisions
  • Build daily dashboards tracking revenue performance and key operational metrics to enhance visibility into business results
  • Automate recurring financial reporting for internal stakeholders, investors, and banking partners
  • Define and refine financial and operational KPIs to support leadership decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
  • Deliver on-demand analytical support and reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Design and manage financial models used for strategic planning, scenario evaluation, and long-range forecasting
  • Analyze revenue sources, customer patterns, and operational performance to uncover growth potential and efficiency gains
  • Provide executive insights on factors driving growth, competitive positioning, emerging risks, and market developments
  • Lead the creation of the annual operating budget, monthly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Assess global and local economic trends, industry shifts, and competitive activity to inform executive strategy
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to establish a unified data warehouse for financial and operational data
  • Set up and improve financial platforms to adapt to changing business needs and maintain cross-system data accuracy
  • Promote strong data governance and high data quality standards across departments
  • Lead post-acquisition integration efforts, including harmonizing historical data, customer data consolidation, general ledger alignment, and system upgrades
  • Enhance and maximize the use of Adaptive Insights as the core platform for financial planning, reporting, and automation
