A leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping, building, and scaling enterprise technology strategy solutions globally. This leadership role requires defining strategic vision, architecting digital transformation programs, and guiding technology modernization for law firms and legal organizations. The position demands a unique combination of business insight, technological foresight, and change management expertise to navigate complex transformation journeys from conception to implementation. This is a 100% remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the US (EST and CST time zones preferred). Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategic Direction - Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the Enterprise Technology Strategy solution. - Build and scale innovative service offerings addressing evolving needs of law firms — from core systems modernization to cloud transformation and AI strategy. - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning technology with long-term business objectives. Client Strategy & Delivery Excellence - Lead high-impact, multi-phase transformation engagements across technology, data, and AI domains. - Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational strategy and financial outcomes. - Translate technology investments into measurable results across operational efficiency and risk mitigation. - Oversee diagnostic workstreams including: * Technology Architecture Diagnostics: Map legacy systems and modernization opportunities * Data Strategy & Governance Assessments: Identify inefficiencies and data-driven value creation * AI Readiness & Optimization: Evaluate automation and predictive insight use cases * Process & Workflow Optimization: Redesign manual processes for agility and scalability - Develop and maintain reference architectures, scorecards, and frameworks to support consistent delivery.
