National University (NU) is hiring a Senior Director, Client Success to provide strategic leadership for the national implementation and growth of our Harmony Academy curriculum and resources. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee key educational client relationships and lead a team dedicated to driving revenue through renewals and expansion.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the national implementation, renewals, and expansion of Harmony Academy curriculum, tools, resources, and professional learning.
- Own strategic relationships with high-level educational clients (district schools) and lead the client success team.
- Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and continued adoption of Harmony Academy to maximize impact and long-term success.
- Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Client Success to meet annual growth-revenue milestones.
- Lead the development and implementation of the program’s sustainability strategy related to retention/renewals, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, impact, and retention.
- Provide strategic guidance to client success team on renewal strategies and oversee tracking of renewal timelines.
- Lead team members to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell.
- Analyze data across clients (adoption trends, usage metrics, outcome reporting) to build cases for expansion.
- Own renewal and expansion targets for assigned accounts and lead forecasting and reporting on performance.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions with direct input from client use cases and needs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional strategy conversations.
- Set and execute the vision and roadmap for client success aligned to company-wide goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Client Success Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Support Coordinators.
- Build professional development and coaching structures for the team aligned to K-6 education frameworks.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, equity, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key senior-level advisor in product development, marketing, and cross-department initiatives.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with key district stakeholders.
- Track competitor presence and industry trends to evolve digital, social, CRM, and analytics capabilities.
- Hire, train, develop, and provide supervision and operational oversight of 15+ management, staff, and field positions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of successful experience in a high-level national senior management role managing sales, business development, and partnership development.
- Leadership experience managing large teams, including management-level positions.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with academic colleagues and community individuals and organizations.
- Required knowledge of sound personnel practices and procedures and the ability to plan, organize, and direct others.
- Must be an entrepreneurial and innovative leader with expertise in Higher Education and/or the nonprofit sector.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.

Team & Environment
You will lead a high-performing regional model that includes 2 regions with directors, senior managers, managers, (senior) implementation specialists, and regional educational specialists. This team consists of 15+ management, staff, and field positions, and you will report to the AVP. Benefits & Compensation
- Annual Salary: $89,520.00 - $120,850.00
