Client Accelerators is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Media Buyer to research, strategize, and manage significant advertising campaigns. You will drive revenue growth for expert and consulting industry clients by running ads across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
What You'll Do
- Manage media buying across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Search & Display, handling upwards of $50,000 - $75,000 a day.
- Forecast and create scenarios to hit client targets by mapping ad metrics and conversion rates.
- Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to find optimization opportunities.
- Analyze client sales funnels to identify pages not hitting industry benchmarks and increase conversion rates.
- Work with the creative team to drive creative strategy, develop new angles, and generate big ideas for clients.
- Conduct competitor research to inform ad and funnel strategies.
- Achieve 95% of Projected Quarterly Bonus Compensation Targets for Assigned Clients.
- Achieve 85% of All Projected Clients’ Quarterly Profit & ROAS Goals.
- Successfully ramp 100% of New Junior Media Buyers to Full Productivity Within 3 Months.
- Seamlessly build ad account structures in line with company best practices.
- Manage a full client roster (5-7 clients) and build strong client relationships through daily communication and hitting monthly KPI goals.
- Collaborate with team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies across ad accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing Experience with hands-on experience in optimizing conversion-based funnels.
- 3+ years of Media Buying Team Management experience.
- Intellectual curiosity and a highly analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Experience uploading and launching digital advertising campaigns.
- Proven ability to increase traffic and revenue growth through channels like YouTube, Facebook, Search & Display.
- Skill in compiling and analyzing performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with short- and long-term deadlines.
- Collaboration skills to work with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers on creative needs.
- Ability to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
- Initiative to monitor industry trends and competitors’ approaches.
