As a Senior Digital Loyalty Strategist, you will shape the future of guest engagement for restaurant brands worldwide. You'll take ownership of designing and refining loyalty programs that align with brand objectives, drive participation, and deliver measurable business impact across revenue and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine loyalty strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on long-term retention and scalability
- Define key performance indicators and track program health using data insights to guide optimization
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform campaign design across CRM, SMS, and loyalty platforms
- Collaborate with implementation, product, and data teams to ensure seamless program launches and feature integration
- Work closely with managed services to align marketing campaigns with strategic business goals
- Support sales and customer success teams in driving adoption of loyalty and engagement tools
- Partner with external developers to integrate loyalty and ordering systems
- Use Excel and Tableau to uncover growth opportunities and present findings through clear, visual storytelling
- Create executive-level presentations that translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Train internal teams on loyalty frameworks and maintain consulting resources to scale best practices
- Contribute thought leadership through case studies, webinars, and content development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy, preferably within restaurant or consumer-facing brands
- Proven track record in designing or implementing loyalty programs
- Solid understanding of campaign management, CRM, and SMS marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling and reporting
- Experience creating polished, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence advising senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative and openness to feedback and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consulting or agency settings
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms such as Punchh, Paytronix, or SessionM
- Experience with financial modeling or market research
- Proficiency in Tableau for performance analysis and data visualization
