About the Role
This position leads the creation of digital design assets across web and mobile platforms, driving visual consistency and user engagement through strategic design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs for digital interfaces
- Collaborate with product teams to define design requirements
- Translate user research insights into intuitive layouts
- Create interactive prototypes for testing and validation
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all deliverables
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data
- Support front-end development with design implementation guidance
- Lead design critiques and mentor junior team members
- Manage multiple projects within established timelines
- Stay current with digital design trends and technologies
- Optimize designs for performance and scalability
- Work closely with UX researchers to validate design choices
- Document design decisions and rationale clearly
- Integrate brand guidelines into digital experiences
- Collaborate on user journey mapping and service design
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results
- Refine workflows to improve team efficiency
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
