PetLab Co. is seeking a Senior Digital Content Producer to serve as a primary on-camera face for our brand. In this role, you will film, edit, and star in compelling content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, creating premium UGC-style video ads that drive revenue and audience engagement. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of pets and their parents.
What You'll Do
- Develop and star in high-performance User-Generated Content (UGC) with strong hooks and authentic appeal.
- Create “day-in-the-life” and “product-in-use” content that resonates with pet parents, ideally featuring your own dog.
- Manage and execute regular live-action content shoots featuring yourself, actors, or customers.
- Partner with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to optimize creative based on performance data.
- Act as the primary talent and manager for new ads, focusing on live, relatable, and experimental formats.
- Develop high-energy content with engaging hooks and viral potential.
- Manage the entire production process from concept through final edit using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- Work with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to iterate on successful “winning” content.
What We're Looking For
- High comfort and charisma on camera, with the ability to deliver scripts naturally and authentically.
- 3-5 years of experience producing high-performing social media content for DTC brands (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Expertise in managing live-action content shoots.
- Strong post-production knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Exposure to direct response marketing in an e-commerce context.

- Dog owner who can feature their pet in regular video content to demonstrate product benefits.
