Dane Street is looking for licensed RNs, NPs, and PAs to conduct clinical reviews of disability claims in a PRN (as-needed) capacity. In this remote role, you will provide essential clinical support to the decision-making team by evaluating claim validity and ensuring the accuracy of medical documentation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough clinical reviews of disability claims
- Analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness
- Apply clinical expertise to evaluate claim validity
- Follow established review protocols and documentation standards
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license
- Previous experience in disability peer reviews
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Multi-state license
- Experience with Evidence of Insurability (EOI)
- Experience with insurance or occupational health
