Resource Guru is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help build and define our enterprise sales motion. This is a strategic role focused on complex, consultative sales cycles where you'll act as an advisor to large organizations evaluating Resource Guru as a core scheduling platform. You'll collaborate directly with leadership to shape how we sell to and serve enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Own strategic sales cycles end-to-end, from initial discovery through to final close.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across Operations, PMO, Finance, Delivery, and IT.
- Map buying committees and build multi-threaded relationships throughout client organizations.
- Run structured deal processes, navigating procurement, security reviews, and legal negotiations.
- Partner with leadership and product teams on complex, high-value opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that translate operational challenges into clear, story-led narratives.
- Advise customers on workflow design, adoption strategies, and implementation approaches.
- Quantify business impact and operational return on investment for potential clients.
- Contribute to building the enterprise sales motion, including pricing, packaging, qualification criteria, and playbooks.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record closing complex deals, typically in the range of £20k–£250k+.
- Background in enterprise, strategic accounts, or consultative sales environments.
- Experience navigating procurement processes, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder deals.
- A strong consultative mindset and commercial intelligence.
- Exceptional demonstration skills and operational curiosity.
- Credibility and experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- A builder mentality with low ego and high ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to agencies, consultancies, engineering firms, or other project-based businesses.
Team & Environment
You'll join a small, fully remote team that collaborates mainly via Slack, with occasional in-person meetups. You will report directly to the company founders, Percy and Andrew, and work in an environment that values real ownership, autonomy, and direct collaboration with leadership.

- Compensation: £80k-£100k base salary plus share options (equity).
