Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to lead the configuration, management, and optimization of CRM platforms in a fully remote setup. Your work will directly impact sales efficiency and customer engagement by ensuring systems are finely tuned, data is accurate, and automation drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM setup and customization for multiple client environments, from initial configuration to ongoing enhancements
- Design and manage sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, contact segmentation, and data structure
- Ensure high data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and integration with external platforms
- Integrate CRM with marketing, advertising, and analytics tools to enable seamless data flow
- Develop and execute end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, template creation, and deployment
- Coordinate campaign schedules across several clients, aligning with business goals and timelines
- Create automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement based on user behavior
- Set up triggers tied to CRM stages, form submissions, and customer actions
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to refine automation performance over time
- Build interactive dashboards to visualize CRM and campaign KPIs for client review
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Implement automated reporting systems to minimize manual tasks and improve consistency
Work Schedule & Location
This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, operating Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time (aligned with AU/NZ business hours). Candidates must be able to maintain this schedule consistently.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from PHP 50,000 to PHP 100,000, determined by experience level and technical proficiency. The range reflects depth of CRM expertise and demonstrated ability to manage complex automation and data workflows.
