D2B is seeking a proactive CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and maintain our CRM system to support sales and business operations. You will configure pipelines, automate workflows, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve customer and sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end CRM setup, configuration, and optimization across client accounts.
- Build pipelines, lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, and contact data architecture.
- Maintain data hygiene and connect CRM to marketing, advertising, and analytics platforms.
- Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end — from brief and template build through to deployment.
- Plan and manage campaign calendars across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Monitor performance and make data-led optimization decisions in real time.
- Design and deploy automated workflows — lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and more.
- Build trigger-based automations tied to CRM stages, form submissions, and behavioral signals.
- Test, QA, and continuously improve automation flows based on performance data.
- Build client-facing dashboards and track key CRM and campaign metrics.
- Produce regular performance reports with clear strategic recommendations.
- Set up automated reporting workflows to reduce manual overhead.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 100,000 per month, depending on experience and technical depth.
