ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) for a key remote clinical position. You will join a senior-level US clinical team, providing oversight and support from South Africa while working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
What You'll Do
- Review ABA treatment reports for clinical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with best practice standards.
- Analyze client progress data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring clinical attention.
- Provide structured, evidence-based feedback to the clinical team on treatment plan effectiveness.
- Recommend adjustments to behaviour intervention plans based on data analysis and clinical judgement.
- Conduct and interpret Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) where required.
- Ensure all reports and feedback align with BACB ethical standards and best practice guidelines.
- Collaborate remotely with US-based BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical supervisors.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all documentation and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing clinical data and providing formal written feedback.
- Strong working knowledge of Functional Behaviour Assessment and behaviour intervention planning.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to deliver precise, professional, and clinically sound feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a US-based clinical team.
Nice to Have
- BCBA certification.
- Familiarity with US ABA therapy standards and BACB ethical guidelines—training will be provided where needed.
Team & Environment
You will be working alongside a US-based BCBA team in a remote capacity.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in South Africa and available to work US Eastern Time (EST) hours.
