Role Overview
This is a fully remote position supporting corporate immigration matters at scale. You’ll collaborate directly with an attorney to manage end-to-end case processing for businesses sponsoring foreign national employees. Your work will ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL regulations while maintaining a smooth experience for HR teams and individuals navigating complex immigration pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PERM labor certification and H-1B visa filings from initial intake through final submission, coordinating with HR contacts, supervisors, and applicants
- Support additional visa categories including L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW as case demands require
- Lead evidence collection by guiding clients through documentation requirements with clarity and persistence
- Review all supporting materials to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to federal guidelines
- Complete USCIS forms and draft comprehensive, logically structured petitions tailored to each case type
- Act as a clear, professional point of contact for corporate partners and employees, managing expectations and answering questions throughout the process
- Monitor deadlines, maintain accurate timelines, and ensure consistent progress across a high-volume caseload
- Keep detailed records and follow internal workflows to prevent oversights
- Collaborate closely with your supervising attorney, anticipating next steps and aligning on procedural preferences to streamline legal strategy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in U.S. corporate immigration practice
- Direct experience handling PERM and H-1B cases from start to finish
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of corporate immigration matters simultaneously
- Experience interfacing directly with HR departments and corporate stakeholders
- Strong drafting abilities and a meticulous approach to document preparation
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to track multiple deadlines without error
- History of effective client communication in fast-moving environments
- Proficiency with legal technology, case management platforms, and workflow optimization
- Self-directed work style with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

- L-1 intracompany transfer cases
- Treaty trader and investor visas (E-1/E-2)
- Extraordinary ability petitions (O-1, EB-1A)
- National Interest Waiver (EB-2 NIW) filings
