About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems for trading and compliance operations
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and trading teams to understand regulatory and business requirements
- Ensure systems adhere to financial industry regulations and internal policies
- Lead technical design and implementation of new features and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Participate in full software development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and data providers
- Optimize system performance and scalability for high-volume transaction environments
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across trading and compliance platforms
- Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices
- Stay current with evolving financial regulations and technology trends
- Work with data security protocols to protect sensitive financial information
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability and uptime
- Develop APIs for internal and external system integration
- Manage version control and software configuration processes
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and long-term planning
- Assist in project estimation and timeline planning
- Ensure compliance with internal development standards and best practices
- Participate in on-call support rotations when needed
- Document technical designs, workflows, and system configurations
- Support user acceptance testing and training activities
- Drive improvements in system monitoring and alerting capabilities
