About the Role

This role involves designing and implementing automation frameworks, supporting integration across platforms, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable automation architectures for enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate automation into existing workflows
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
  • Develop technical documentation for automation solutions
  • Support deployment and maintenance of automation frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
  • Ensure automation designs comply with security and governance standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals
  • Provide technical guidance during project planning phases
  • Monitor system performance and optimize automation efficiency
  • Participate in code and design reviews
  • Stay current with emerging automation technologies
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to automation practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development pipelines
  • Maintain consistency across automation platforms
  • Support testing strategies using automated frameworks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
  • Implement best practices for version control and configuration management
  • Ensure solutions are maintainable and well-documented
  • Respond to incidents related to automation systems

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Certifications in automation or cloud platforms
  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA)
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise automation
  • Background in financial or regulated industries
