Responsibilities
- Lead planning meetings with business stakeholders to define effective solutions, precise estimates, and granular tasks for each user story.
- Deliver full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics CE deployments, including advanced customizations, UI and form development, plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, security setup, reporting, dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Perform hands-on development in modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages.
- Handle integrations via Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP, using Visual Studio and source control systems for version management.
- Continuously monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues within the CRM environment to maintain smooth operations and quick defect fixes.
- Operate within Scrum methodology, presenting progress to stakeholders and working with architects to align solutions with business and technical needs.
- Guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations, including high-level customizations, UI/form & plugins & workflows development, Power Automate development, Security configuration, reporting/dashboards configuration and technical/business documentation.
- Extensive hands-on development across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages.
- Manage seamless integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints, while utilizing Visual Studio and source control for versioning.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure zero-friction operations and rapid defect resolution.
- Work within a Scrum framework, conducting stakeholder demos and collaborating with the architecture team to ensure designs meet all technical and business requirements.
- Mentor Junior developers and ensure they know & follow the standards and best practices.
