Responsibilities
- Design and lead interactive learning events such as hackathons, workshops, and meetups to inspire developers to adopt the platform.
- Foster genuine connections with developers at all stages, from beginners to enterprise-level architects, and identify potential community leaders and MVPs.
- Grow local developer networks through both in-person and online engagement, including participation in regional tech events and conferences.
- Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations at industry events, customer meetings, and community gatherings.
- Develop and publish high-quality technical materials such as blogs, videos, code samples, sample apps, and quick-start guides.
- Simplify complex technical topics into clear, practical guidance suitable for developers of varying skill levels.
- Act as the main point of contact between developer product teams and the external developer community, ensuring community input shapes product direction.
- Collect, analyze, and advocate for developer feedback to improve the platform experience and resolve development obstacles.
- Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and community health across India and APAC to assess impact and guide future initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Events, and Partner teams to execute regional strategies that support business goals.
- Support global Developer Relations programs such as MVP recognition, contributor awards, and developer-focused events.
- Assist sales teams by providing technical insights and real-world success stories that highlight platform value.

The Developer Relations team connects platform capabilities with the global developer audience, consisting of Developer Advocates, a Developer Learning Strategist, and DevRel Engineering, all focused on making the platform the top choice for developers worldwide.
