NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Developer Advocate Engineer to drive technical engagements for our Open Hackathons and Bootcamps program. In this role, you will collaborate directly with scientists at universities, supercomputing centers, and enterprises to accelerate their adoption of NVIDIA's accelerated computing stack, optimize codes and AI workflows, and foster a strong technical community.
What You'll Do
- Stay current with the latest HPC and AI developments and build proof-of-concept solutions for real-world scientific and enterprise applications.
- Build and refine training materials, and mentor team members at events.
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to NVIDIA product teams on adoption, bugs, and features discovered through the hackathon program.
- Promote program impact through blogs, papers, presentations, and other media.
- Mentor developers and researchers on integrating NVIDIA technology into their AI and HPC architectures.
- Strategize, identify, and assess potential sites, mentors, and key applications for Open Hackathons and Bootcamps.
- Assess the computing and software infrastructure for each hackathon.
- Write comprehensive internal feedback reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of enterprise or academic experience in Artificial Intelligence and High Performance Computing.
- Master's degree in Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in using the NVIDIA accelerated computing stack for HPC and AI workloads.
- Capability to think strategically while managing day-to-day events and accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and lead change through multi-functional teamwork.
- Proven skill in understanding partner goals and distilling feedback into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying and managing data center scale applications for HPC, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Past work using the NVIDIA AI software stack for research and deployments.
- Experience working with NVIDIA CUDA architecture for code optimizations.
- Background in facilitating and instructing at group training events.
