Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of top-tier websites and creative assets using Webflow and CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with clients across the design pipeline to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support junior designers in adopting design best practices and improving performance.
- Refine workflows and SOPs in collaboration with senior team leads to boost efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between design and other departments to support seamless operations.
- Contribute to product improvements by analyzing client feedback and design trends.
- Step into various roles as needed to support team success and operational continuity.
- Ensure branding consistency and quality across all visual outputs, including websites and advertising materials.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Webflow and CMS platforms; capable of building and editing responsive, visually striking websites.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for web customization.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Proven ability to create user-centric designs that balance creativity with functionality.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in design.
