Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives across projects of varying scale with confidence and precision.
- Partner closely with clients, offering tailored support throughout project phases.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Design and team members to uphold consistent methodology across all project stages.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, designers, consultants, and construction and delivery teams to align outcomes with client goals.
- Oversee design teams in producing technical drawings, interior documentation, finish boards, and comprehensive design packages.
- Develop and present compelling pitches and presentations that strengthen client engagement and support business growth.
- Contribute actively across teams as a collaborative and adaptable team member.
- Apply and promote high design standards, efficient processes, and innovative technologies within the studio environment.
- Identify potential design or safety risks and escalate appropriately to leadership or health and safety personnel.
- Pursue ongoing growth in design expertise and maintain awareness of evolving industry trends and market developments.
