Responsibilities
- Design and sell automated storage and retrieval systems tailored to client needs
- Support the sales cycle from initial lead to finalized contract
- Analyze customer data to assess performance patterns, trends, and specific requirements
- Engage with clients to understand their logistics workflows and operational procedures
- Develop efficient logistics and integrated IT solutions that deliver measurable client value
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to build and sustain strong relationships
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to source external service providers for implemented designs
- Assist sales teams in transitioning secured projects to project execution teams
- Remain involved in projects until functional software specifications and detailed technical designs are finalized
- Ensure ongoing client contact throughout project execution to maintain continuity
- Monitor market developments and identify emerging market opportunities
- Evaluate completed projects to uncover improvement potential
- Create standardized solution packages, such as goods-to-robot picking systems, to enhance competitive advantage
- Enhance sales tools and methodologies, including calculation and system dimensioning resources
- Provide guidance and support to new team members across different locations, especially in EMEA and APAC regions
