Shape the Future of Forecasting
As the Senior Demand Planner, you'll lead the development and refinement of a unified forecast model that powers decision-making across channels. You'll transform consumer behavior, marketing initiatives, and operational data into precise SKU-level projections, enabling smarter inventory planning and strategic investments.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on key drivers such as product launches, promotions, and channel performance, then translate them into forecast inputs.
- Own the end-to-end cross-channel forecast, guiding strategy for DTC, Amazon, and wholesale segments.
- Build and maintain a detailed bottom-up forecasting model for global DTC and Amazon operations.
- Turn market trends and business performance into actionable demand and revenue forecasts at the SKU level.
- Analyze historical patterns and marketing outcomes to improve forecast accuracy for digital channels.
- Design assortment and promotional strategies based on real-time performance data.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, delivering clear analyses of forecast versus actual results, identifying risks, opportunities, and underlying assumptions.
- Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure forecasts directly inform inventory, procurement, and replenishment planning.
- Continuously enhance forecasting tools by integrating automation, visualization, scenario modeling, and data best practices.
- Act as a strategic advisor—surface insights, flag deviations early, and guide decisions on marketing spend, inventory, and product rollout.
Who You Are
- You focus on the few inputs that truly move the needle—knowing what to prioritize to achieve results.
- You thrive in uncertain environments, creating clarity and direction without a predefined roadmap.
- You balance execution with process design, building systems that are both practical and repeatable.
- You lead with curiosity, openness, and integrity, fostering trust through honest collaboration.
