Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of data scientists supporting go-to-market, product growth, monetization, and core product functions
- Establish a comprehensive strategy for measurement and experimentation across all stages of the customer journey, from acquisition to retention
- Advance the standards of experimentation, pricing analytics, and commercial performance evaluation by aligning analytical rigor with speed of decision-making
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to shape strategic roadmaps, assess return on investment, and inform revenue projections and capital planning
- Transform complex data findings into actionable insights that guide product development and revenue strategies
- Enhance team efficiency by developing scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service tools that deliver AI-powered insights across key business areas
- Navigate uncertain environments by setting clear, strategic priorities that balance customer value, growth objectives, and long-term business outcomes
