We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analytics / Business Analyst who will collaborate with our Data Science Manager and work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop performance acceleration solutions. As a Senior Data Analytics / Business Analyst, you'll partner with leadership across functional areas to drive revenue growth and enhance consumer experiences. This role is crucial for Nift, requiring someone who can identify and prioritize revenue-impacting opportunities through data analytics, demonstrating a proactive and growth-oriented approach. We need an individual capable of comprehensively understanding customer behavior via data and research, with a strong execution focus to iteratively test, measure, act, and resolve challenges. What you will do: - Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the Nift platform - Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and statistical reasoning - Develop and implement revenue acceleration strategies - Construct and execute A/B and multivariate experiments - Create, build, and automate reporting dashboards - Collaborate across data science, engineering, and user experience teams - Document and communicate analytical findings - Implement process improvements based on data insights - Ensure data accuracy across all projects - Interpret and report analytical initiative results to stakeholders - Manage data request processes What you need: - 5+ years commercial production environment experience - Bachelor's degree in analytical discipline - Preference for advanced quantitative degree - Extensive experience with large consumer datasets - Proficiency in logistic regression modeling - Advanced statistical and root cause analysis skills - Proven expertise in experimental design and analysis - Strong SQL capabilities - Excellent communication and reliability What you get: - Competitive compensation - Flexible remote work arrangement - Unlimited Responsible PTO - Opportunity to impact a growing, financially robust organization
