Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis and solution design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Configure D365 CE environments based on client specifications
- Translate business needs into technical configurations and workflows
- Support data migration planning and execution
- Design and manage customizations within the D365 platform
- Develop and execute test plans for system validation
- Provide expertise during integration with third-party systems
- Lead user acceptance testing and support client sign-off
- Assist in training development and delivery for end users
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Document functional specifications and system configurations
- Advise clients on best practices for CRM processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project methodologies
- Participate in agile project delivery cycles
- Manage scope changes and support change control processes
- Conduct gap analysis between standard functionality and client needs
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
- Serve as a point of contact for functional inquiries during projects
- Contribute to pre-sales activities with solution scoping and estimations
- Mentor junior consultants on functional topics and client engagement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 CE platform updates
- Ensure data security and role-based access configurations
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on solution design
- Promote user adoption through process guidance and documentation
