Department Overview The Senior Customer Support Manager (Sr. CSM) for the Civil/Government Markets Division is tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction, managing contractual projects, and identifying sales opportunities across multiple accounts in the US and internationally. East Coast and Central Standard time zones are preferred. Customer retention and business activities require travel. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Federal Government Land Mobile Radio service contracts, ensuring successful service delivery for assigned customers. - Focus on developing strategic relationships and expanding managed service product sales across multi-level customer accounts. - Collaborate closely with Sales Account Management, Pre-sale and Post-sale teams to optimize customer service and business growth. - Drive goal-oriented business expansion, develop account service plans, and enhance customer satisfaction strategies. - Achieve profit and loss objectives, including service billing and margin performance targets. - Effectively market Motorola service capabilities through various support channels and technologist groups. - Maintain compliance with all federal government market division policies and contracting requirements. - Sustain high customer satisfaction through program management and account support. - Provide cross-time zone support for program requirements. - Manage account forecasting and comprehensive account management. - Deliver expanded support including contract management, billing, financial tracking, and contract proficiency. - Demonstrate strong sales skills in customer relationship development, presentations, and opportunity closure. - Capable of creating innovative proposals and collaborative strategies with sales professionals. - Exhibit advanced Excel proficiency for revenue and margin tracking. Candidate Expectations: - 5+ years experience in service account management, system implementation, LMR sales, or engineering. - Preferred knowledge of Motorola RF systems and products. - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft business software. - Ability to utilize Oracle and Salesforce applications effectively. - Experience with US Federal Government contract performance is advantageous. - Potential government security investigation eligibility. - 25-50% travel requirement, with Western Region preference. - Permanent US work authorization mandatory. Additional Details: - High-security area work under Department of Justice CJIS Security Policy. - Requires comprehensive background investigation. Target Salary Range: $89,000 - $113,500 USD Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years experience in related fields. - Permanent US work authorization.
