Your daily responsibilities include: - Collaborating with client managers to establish consistent client management approaches - Partnering with Project Managers to ensure comprehensive project scoping, planning, costing, and milestone alignment - Implementing standardized Project Controls to monitor and highlight potential project risks - Maintaining precise records and facilitating timely data reporting and communications - Developing robust change frameworks and supporting toolkits for project managers - Managing capacity planning and resource tracking across the Programme - Ensuring project governance adheres to defined management and quality frameworks - Generating comprehensive portfolio progress reports highlighting critical risks - Coordinating project closures and integrating learned insights into future processes - Tracking and monitoring cross-portfolio dependencies - Collaborating with Finance Partners to ensure robust financial governance - Supporting PMO bid processes and implementation timeline establishment - Maintaining expenditure tracking and reporting systems You'll be supported by an experienced Project Delivery team, enabling professional growth in a collaborative environment.
