100% Remote US Hours A digital expansion US-based marketing firm seeks a meticulously precise, systematically minded Project Manager to bolster its Paid Social division. This agency excels in empowering eCommerce brands to accelerate growth through compelling, customized creative strategies across paid social, email, and SMS — with particular emphasis on platforms like Meta and TikTok. In this role, you will function as the operational core for each account, guaranteeing creative assets, feedback, and campaign elements transition seamlessly from initial concept to final launch. This is a full-time remote position that mandates working during US business hours. Responsibilities Serve as the central liaison for asset approvals, managing creative file circulation, copywriting, and feedback across communication platforms like Slack and email. Implement and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows for individual accounts. Generate comprehensive action items following meetings and ensure diligent follow-up for completion. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and campaign benchmarks to maintain strict scheduling. Assist Account Managers and Creative Strategists by eliminating obstacles and ensuring timely task completion. Anticipate potential delays by communicating with internal teams and developing strategic solutions. Maintain meticulous records of assets, client feedback, and approvals. Arrange and coordinate internal and external communication calls. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within marketing, advertising, or creative agency environments. Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. Superior organizational and time management skills. Extraordinary attention to detail and consistent follow-through. Capacity to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple concurrent tasks. Proficiency with tools like Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Frame.io is advantageous.
