About The Role We are recruiting an accomplished practice management leader to serve as Vice President, Head of Practice Management (HPM), reporting directly to the EVP, Head of Retirement and Wealth Distribution. This pivotal role is essential for advancing nearly 400 Wealth Advisor professionals and expanding our Wealth Management business. The HPM will lead conference content development to create an exceptional advisor experience with measurable post-conference business outcomes. The ideal candidate must demonstrate extensive experience supporting wealth management advisors in defining value propositions, developing business plans, implementing team structures, driving growth strategies, structuring succession planning, promoting operational efficiency, and integrating comprehensive financial planning solutions. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in developing impactful advisor conference agendas. This represents a transformative opportunity for a practice management leader to establish a category-leading excellence center at a respected retirement plan firm while shaping our emerging wealth management trajectory.
