TBAuctions & Surplex is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) to own the success of a portfolio of strategic customers. You will ensure their effective deployment and use of our platform while identifying opportunities for growth within an international, dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure their successful deployment and use of the platform.
- Conduct customer onboarding, training sessions, and regular reviews.
- Identify risks and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on customer strategy and growth.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to customer management.
- A service-oriented, empathetic, and communicative working style.
- Proficiency in German and English at a C2 level.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience in the ConstructionTech industry is advantageous.
