Masabi is looking for a Solutions Consultant to shape the design and delivery of technology impacting millions of transit riders. This high-impact, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and customer success, blending solution design, partner integration, and cross-functional collaboration across the full solution lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Business Development to qualify opportunities and shape customer thinking.
- Run collaborative discovery sessions with customers and partners to gather technical and business requirements.
- Facilitate solution workshops to align stakeholders around feasible, scalable designs.
- Translate requirements into clear, practical solution architectures and data flows.
- Own or contribute to RFP and proposal responses, particularly in regulated or public procurement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to assess feasibility and guide roadmap alignment.
- Translate solutions into robust Statements of Work (SoWs) and commercial documentation.
- Support third-party vendors when integrating with our platform via APIs.
- Work with Delivery and Engineering to support smooth handoffs and solution implementation.
- Identify gaps in documentation or integration flows, and raise issues with the right internal teams.
- Feed insights from customer conversations and market requirements back to internal teams.
- Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and onboarding materials for future hires and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or product-focused role.
- Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and integration flows.
- Confident contributing to RFPs, SoWs, or structured procurement responses.
- Skilled at guiding diverse stakeholders through complex topics and co-creating practical solutions.
- Comfortable working across teams and navigating ambiguity with care and clarity.
- Proactive and thoughtful, you take initiative and move things forward with awareness of others.
- Experienced in working with enterprise or public-sector customers in complex environments.
- Able to balance commercial, technical, and delivery considerations when shaping solutions.
- A strong communicator, clear, concise, and adaptable across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Committed to building trust and acting as a strategic partner to customers and colleagues.
Nice to Have
- Experience in transit, mobility, govtech, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with fare collection systems or transit agency environments.
- Exposure to partner integrations, particularly involving third-party hardware or SaaS platforms.
