Ordio GmbH is looking for a Growth Praktikum (m/f/d). In this role, you will gain insight into the complete growth mix of a tech startup. You will lead your own projects and actively contribute to our success.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate projects from preparation to follow-up, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
- Support the organization and implementation of offline events, trade fairs, and pop-up campaigns, including coordination with service providers, partners, and internal teams.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads in HubSpot, create reports, and support data-driven decisions.
- Prepare presentations and materials for campaigns and create content for our most important social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Conduct competitive and market analyses, identify trends, and use these to develop new ideas for campaigns and activities.
What We're Looking For
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial thinking, and proactive tackling of new tasks.
- Ability to work very independently, in a structured manner, and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Creative and quick-witted with a desire to take responsibility for your own projects.
- Affinity for social media and a feel for effective marketing communication.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Availability for at least three months for the internship.
Nice to Have
- Some experience in marketing, business development, event management, or in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Notion.
- Good understanding of digital trends and an interest in topics related to marketing and SaaS.
