Responsibilities
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients to boost product adoption and improve health metrics, enhancing overall business value.
- Work alongside Sales to shape strategic account strategies, elevate customer experience, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored success plans with defined KPIs and engagement approaches.
- Monitor customer product usage and health indicators proactively, intervening quickly to resolve emerging issues.
- Establish connections with key stakeholders across client organizations, including executives, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Guide leadership teams within client organizations to implement organizational changes that support success.
- Offer strategic guidance on maximizing product effectiveness and schedule recurring check-ins to track progress.
- Lead quarterly executive-level business reviews in coordination with Sales and product teams.
- Champion customer feedback and concerns across internal teams, including product, marketing, and support.
- Deliver continuous support by helping clients resolve challenges, address questions, and improve product utilization.
- Track and analyze customer health data to enable early intervention and prevent escalation of risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Renewals, Product, Support, and Legal to align efforts around customer outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to internal projects aimed at scaling and improving the Customer Success function.
