About the Role
The role involves managing client relationships across the DACH region, focusing on retention, adoption, and expansion by delivering tailored support and driving value throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and strategic discussions
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Guide clients through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Track customer goals and measure success against key performance indicators
- Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell initiatives in coordination with sales
- Deliver regular business reviews to assess progress and alignment
- Anticipate customer needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Serve as an advocate for customer feedback within the organization
- Support the development of customer success best practices and playbooks
- Contribute to product improvement through customer insights
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status
- Ensure timely follow-up on support tickets and service requests
- Promote customer education through training and resource sharing
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement strategies
- Escalate critical issues with clear context and suggested actions
- Coordinate with technical teams during implementation phases
