Simpplr is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on customer health and satisfaction metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their needs and goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Develop and deliver customer training and education programs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development of customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with product management to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
  • Provide input on customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate customer advisory boards and focus groups.
  • Develop and maintain customer success playbooks and documentation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to address any issues or concerns.
  • Work with the marketing team to create customer success stories and case studies.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues and escalations.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on customer success initiatives and progress.
  • Develop and implement customer success programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the customer success team.
  • Provide input on customer success technology and tools.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage customer contracts and renewals.
  • Develop and maintain customer success dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.
