RevenueCat is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing high-value customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring clients achieve measurable success using the platform. The individual will act as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to expand usage and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing customer engagements to ensure clients meet their business objectives
  • Monitor account health and act on signals indicating risk or expansion potential
  • Develop success plans tailored to individual client goals and usage patterns
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
  • Identify and share customer feedback to influence product development
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including retention and satisfaction
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing users
  • Drive renewal processes in collaboration with sales and finance teams
  • Uncover expansion opportunities through regular business reviews
  • Maintain accurate account records and success milestones in CRM systems
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to improve service delivery
  • Deliver executive-level updates and strategic roadmaps
  • Ensure clients fully adopt platform capabilities to maximize value
  • Respond to urgent customer concerns with timely and effective solutions
  • Use data analytics to assess customer behavior and predict outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing on case studies and reference programs
  • Support customer retention during critical lifecycle stages
  • Stay current on industry trends impacting client success
  • Promote best practices in subscription and revenue operations
