We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager (Senior CSM) to cultivate and maintain relationships with our most significant mid-market clients, ensuring sustained engagement and demonstrable business impact. The Senior CSM serves as a strategic partner and champion for Foley's most prominent mid-market customer base. This position focuses on accelerating solution adoption, securing renewals, uncovering expansion potential, and delivering quantifiable outcomes aligned with customer strategic objectives. As a senior team member, this professional will also engage in strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and scaling Foley's success framework. Key Responsibilities - Oversee a collection of substantial mid-market accounts, establishing trusted connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Accelerate implementation of Foley solutions, guaranteeing customers realize measurable return on investment and strategic outcomes. - Systematically track account vitality, recognize potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to prevent customer attrition. - Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute expansion opportunities. - Engage closely with Product, Marketing, and internal departments to communicate customer insights and influence strategic roadmap priorities. - Conduct executive business reviews and develop strategic account plans for high-value clients. - Participate in specialized projects and initiatives designed to optimize processes, tools, and customer engagement. - Utilize Planhat for comprehensive account health management and success metric tracking. Who you are - Minimum 3+ years of Customer Success expertise in SaaS environments, preferably serving mid-market or enterprise segments. - Demonstrated history of driving retention, minimizing churn, and achieving net revenue retention targets. - Capacity to forge trusted, strategic relationships with senior organizational leaders. - Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing departments. - Proficiency in customer success platforms; Planhat experience considered advantageous. - DOT compliance knowledge viewed as complementary but not mandatory. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to: - Maintain and expand a portfolio of significant mid-market accounts. - Consistently meet net revenue retention, retention, and churn objectives. - Facilitate solution adoption and quantifiable business value for customers. - Contribute to Foley's Customer Success strategy evolution through innovative practices and project contributions. Location: This role is predominantly remote (US-based) and will operate during EST hours, with occasional office visits for team collaboration, training, or corporate events. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $59,500 - $70,000 annually + additional variable compensation, depending on experience and qualifications.
